how would i go about putting LED lights in a pc case?
well, i would say im very good when it comes to case modding and electrical wiring, but im not too good with LED lights, what exactly would i need to do and wire up to get some yellow LED lights inside of a full size computer tower?
well i have a proliant 1600 tower im modding up nicely, and it has a grill in the front, and i want it to glow yellow out of it, its not for any on off switch, just for decoration.
On the amatuer side..its best to already have a LED..that was there(in place)..
So..if none is there too match–you need to know what’s the LED..indicating as a ON/OFF property..
From that..you can find a “property”..

It might be safe to attempt to BLOW-the LED..before finding the right one..but I would not..

Are you just decorating the tower w/LEDs/??

If so I would use a isolated power supply..like Batteries..Alkaline..and a small toggle switch..
