What makes one country more energy efficient than another?
I am doing a project on how South Korea and other countries could be more energy efficient in there industries. I read that on some scale South Korea’s steel industries effinciency rated 105 while the US’s rated 120. What does the US do that South Korea doesn’t?

The USA government is adopting other powers besides coal to heat our homes and businesses, such as solar power and wind power. South Korea has not advanced in things like that as far as we (USA) have.
