Are these the only chemicals I need for black and white film developing?

Are there any more chemicals needed, or is that it? I’ve never done it before, but I have already bought a daylight tank and am hoping to start soon.
These solution appear to be a developer only with a ‘tanning’ stage. They also don’t appear to be that cheap!
I would advise you go for straightforward developer & fixer combination. These are the 2 very basic chemicals you need – the alkaline developer turns the lighty affected silver halide grains in the film dark, and the acid fixer removes the grains that are not developed and ‘fixes’ the film.
You can also use a ‘stop’ solution in between the two, but its not entirely necessary if you’re trying to save money – a good wash with water in between developing & fixing will do.
Ifasol developer (500ml) can be got from RK Photographic for £7.15 and Ilford Fixer (500ml) for £6.50. If you want to buy Stop as well, its £4.85 for 500ml.
Don’t forget you will need a light tight room/cupboard/bag to get the film out of the canister & onto the spiral that goes in the tank – practice (with an old piece of exposed film!) getting the film onto a spiral in daylight before attempting it in complete darkness (you can’t use a safelight). Once the film’s on the spiral & the spiral’s in the tank, you can do the rest in daylight at your leisure!
You can then scan the negs using a scanner. If you’re going to get into printing – you’re going to need an enlarger and a darkroom equipped with sink/water.
