How do Republicans figure they are the logical ones, when most believe in a phony Bronze age God?
I know that there are some who don’t believe in God, but all the ones I have ever met do.
It kinda shows a disregard for empirical evidence though.
I believe that evidence is far more important than belief.
I’d rather have atheist leaders who are pragmatic, rather than a president hoping that his God will lead the way.
Politics and religion are inherently linked. I am just one man and do not have the power to unlink them.

Well first, There must be something good about a ‘bronze age god’ who is still around after all this time.
Second. I do not think the republicans you are talking about apply the same definitions to the terms sanctity and family values that I do. Clearly Mark Sanford, John Ensign, Chip Pickering etc from the C Street House have a different definition for these terms than most of us do. Otherwise they would not behave the way they do.
